Buyer and Seller negotiate the price.

IC Source receives PO and fax related contract information to both buyer and seller.

•  Buyer remit funds to the account which IC-Source appointed to, when receive funds from Buyer, IC-Source informs seller to ship the parts as the contract state shipment period.

•  When notified by the buyer that the goods are satisfied, IC-Source remit the funds to Seller's Account immediately.
